Delivery Times & Rates: Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in countries outside the European Union.
Returns & Exchanges
14-Day Return Window: I want you to be completely satisfied with your tool. If for any reason you are not happy with a ready-made knife, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
Condition: The knife must be completely unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
Custom Pieces: Please note that bespoke custom orders (made to your exact specifications) cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a structural defect in craftsmanship.
