- All knives and tools sold on this website are intended strictly for lawful culinary, collection, or outdoor use. By purchasing a knife from DaniSei, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to buy and own such an item in your country/state.
- I reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at my sole discretion.
2. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in Euros (€) unless specified otherwise. Prices for my products are subject to change without notice.
- Payments are processed securely at checkout. Orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been received and cleared.
3. Custom Work Agreement
- For bespoke custom orders, specifications, materials, and deadlines are mutually agreed upon during the consultation phase.
- Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit before work begins. Minor adjustments can be made during the process, but foundational design changes requested after work starts may incur additional costs.
4. Limitation of Liability
- Knives are inherently sharp and potentially dangerous tools. I am not liable for any misuse, accidents, injuries, or legal infractions resulting from the handling, storage, or use of any DaniSei products once they have been delivered to the buyer. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to handle the tools safely and responsibly.
